My wife received her bear for our 25th anniversary and was shocked at the size of the bear that came out of the box. The bear was soft and cuddly and exceeded her expectations. I also enjoyed the quick service.

As a purchaser from overseas (Australia), it was quite a risk buying so far away. The staff and service on the phone was very friendly and helpful and delivery with no problems. The risk was worth it when the friend loves it and quality of the bear was very good. The group of friends and I wanted to keep it for ourselves instead haha.
